Seminar: "Leadership must lead" 2026

Introductory seminar to the world of systemic leadership. The aim of this training course is to distinguish between leadership and management from a systemic perspective, the importance of their interaction and the balance between the two as key characteristics of successful companies and organizations.

Participants will become aware of the importance of functions in an organization from a systemic perspective and will thus be able to distinguish between function and role. In this context, the focus will also be on an introduction to recognizing the maturity levels of employees and how to promote them. This topic will be accompanied by an introduction to systemic thinking, the effect of system principles on the success of the company, and the importance of systemic communication as a leadership tool.
